We’ll sit down together and walk through your wedding plans, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident about what still needs to happen. We can discuss your vision, budget, design direction, invitation timing, vendor recommendations, logistics, and all those little details you may not even know to ask about.

Dedicated Wedding Coordinator Beginning 6 Weeks Before Your Wedding
As your wedding gets closer, you’ll have a dedicated coordinator available to answer questions and help bring the moving pieces together.

Up to 6 Hours of Wedding-Day Coordination
One of Sheri Holloway Photography’s dedicated wedding coordinators will be there to manage the flow of your wedding day, while Sheri is there photographing your celebration.

*Décor setup includes personal wedding décor and details. It does not include tables, chairs, draping, large installations, or extensive venue setup.

For couples who want a more complete coordination experience from setup through the celebration.

You’ll receive everything included in our 6-Hour Coordination Collection, plus three additional hours of wedding-day coverage.

Those extra hours allow your coordinator to be present for more of the day, including getting-ready logistics, vendor arrivals, décor setup, ceremony coordination, reception details, and later portions of your celebration.

When the wedding timeline allows, your coordinator can also assist with:

• Gathering personal décor at the end of the evening
• Collecting cards and gifts
• Organizing personal wedding items
• Delivering designated items to the couple’s room or another agreed-upon location

If additional time is needed for end-of-night services, additional coordination hours may be added.

Your coordinator will attend your wedding rehearsal to organize the wedding party, walk everyone through the ceremony, and make sure they know where to be and what to expect on the wedding day.
